WYLL Studios – FAQs

1) How does WYLL work?
WYLL is a creative marketplace where you can rent items, book studios, and hire creatives. Browse listings, book securely, and complete your project.
2) Is my payment secure?
Yes. All card payments are processed securely via Paystack. WYLL does not store full card details.
For concierge bookings, customers may receive a secure Paystack payment link or choose to pay via bank transfer. WYLL does not collect or store card information manually.
3) Does WYLL offer refunds?
WYLL does not offer automatic refunds. All refund requests are manually reviewed. Approved refunds are issued as WYLL Wallet Credit.
4) What is WYLL Wallet Credit?
Wallet credit can be used on WYLL only, is non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and expires 12 months from issue date.
5) I rented an item — how long do I have to report an issue?
Within 3 hours of delivery being marked complete by courier or confirmed pickup. Evidence is required. After 3 hours, the item is considered accepted.
6) What if I use the item and then file a complaint?
Use of an item before filing a complaint voids refund eligibility.
7) Can I cancel or reschedule a studio booking?
Yes. Rules depend on whether the studio is WYLL-controlled or a partner studio. See the Studio Booking Policy.
8) Can I cancel a creative service booking?
48+ hours before: wallet credit. Less than 48 hours: no refund. No-shows may qualify for wallet credit.
