WYLL Studios – Refund & Wallet Policy

Effective Date: March 3, 2026

WYLL does not provide automatic refunds. All refund requests are subject to manual review.

1. Physical Rentals (Looks, Equipment, Props)

  • Complaint must be filed within 3 hours of delivery confirmation or pickup confirmation.
  • Evidence is required.
  • If approved, refunds are issued as WYLL Wallet Credit.

No complaints are accepted after the 3-hour window.

Refunds are not granted for change of mind, styling preference, event outcome dissatisfaction, or customer-caused damage.

Use of an item before filing a complaint voids refund eligibility.

2. Studio Bookings

A) WYLL-Controlled Studios

  • 72+ hours before booking: 1 free reschedule allowed
  • After the first reschedule: penalties always apply
  • 24–72 hours: reschedule with 20% penalty
  • Less than 24 hours: 30% penalty or no reschedule

No automatic refunds.

If the studio is unusable due to WYLL operational fault: full WYLL Wallet Credit may be issued.

B) Partner / External Studios

  • 72+ hours: wallet credit (minus platform fee if applicable)
  • 24–72 hours: 50% wallet credit
  • Less than 24 hours: no refund

If the partner cancels: full WYLL Wallet Credit is issued.

3. Creative Services

  • 48+ hours before booking: wallet credit
  • Less than 48 hours: no refund

If the creative fails to appear or materially fails to deliver: full wallet credit may be issued.

Subjective dissatisfaction does not automatically qualify for refund.

4. Refund Format

All approved refunds are issued as WYLL Wallet Credit:

  • Valid 12 months from issue date
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-withdrawable

5. Exceptional Refunds

Card refunds are processed only for duplicate payments, proven fraud, or regulatory requirement, at WYLL's sole discretion.
