WYLL Studios – Studio Booking Policy

Effective Date: March 3, 2026

WYLL studios fall into two categories: WYLL-Controlled Studios and Partner Studios. Policies differ by category.

1. WYLL-Controlled Studios (Reschedule Model)

  • 72+ hours: 1 free reschedule
  • After first reschedule: penalties always apply
  • 24–72 hours: reschedule with 20% penalty
  • Less than 24 hours: 30% penalty or no reschedule

If the studio is unusable due to WYLL operational fault: full WYLL Wallet Credit may be issued.

2. Partner / External Studios (Cancellation Model)

  • 72+ hours: wallet credit (minus platform fee if applicable)
  • 24–72 hours: 50% wallet credit
  • Less than 24 hours: no refund

If partner cancels: full WYLL Wallet Credit is issued.
