WYLL Studios – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to WYLL Studios ("WYLL," "we," "us," or "our"). WYLL is a creative marketplace platform that enables users to:

  • Rent fashion, props, and equipment
  • Book studio spaces
  • Hire creative professionals
  • List items and services as providers

By accessing or using the WYLL platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Platform

WYLL operates as a marketplace. Some studios and services are controlled directly by WYLL. Others are operated by independent third-party partners.

WYLL facilitates bookings, payments, and communication but is not the owner of third-party listings unless explicitly stated.

2. Account Responsibility

Users must provide accurate information, maintain secure login credentials, and use the platform lawfully.

WYLL reserves the right to suspend accounts engaging in fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or policy violations.

3. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely via Paystack.
  • Concierge-assisted bookings may be paid via a secure Paystack payment link or bank transfer.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment is verified by WYLL.
  • WYLL does not guarantee automatic refunds.

4. Physical Rentals — Acceptance Window

For physical rental items (Looks, Equipment, Props):

  • Issues must be reported within 3 hours of delivery being marked complete by courier or confirmed pickup.
  • Complaints must be submitted via the WYLL platform.
  • Timestamped photo/video evidence is required.

Failure to report within 3 hours constitutes acceptance of the item in satisfactory condition.

Use of an item prior to filing a complaint voids refund eligibility.

5. Studio Bookings

Studio booking rules depend on whether the studio is WYLL-controlled or a partner studio. See the Studio Booking Policy.

6. Creative Services

Creative services are governed by the Refund & Wallet Policy. Subjective dissatisfaction does not automatically qualify for refund.

7. Wallet Credits

All approved refunds are issued as WYLL Wallet Credit.

  • Non-transferable
  • Non-withdrawable
  • Expires 12 months from issue date

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting WYLL may result in account suspension or permanent restriction.

9. Limitation of Liability

WYLL is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party provider misconduct, incorrect user information, or delays beyond operational control.
